Meadowbrook welcomes Rick Schuller, PGA as our Director of Instruction for the 2023 Golf Season! He has an extensive background in professional instruction for all abilities, ages, and genders. Rick is a highly accomplished golfer having played in 2 U.S. Opens, 3 PGA Championships, 3 Senior PGA Championship and winning several prestigious golf tournaments around the country. While he has an abundance of experience and success competing in the game of golf, Rick’s true passion lies in teaching and coaching. Introducing Marc Vedder, PGA, the Head Golf Professional at Meadowbrook Country Club in Richmond, VA! Marc comes to MCC from Stonehenge Country Club after moving from Idaho in September 2021. In Idaho, Marc was the Head PGA Professional/General Manager at Red Hawk Golf Course, where he developed several successful tournament and instructional programs. Before that, he spent five years at Jerome Country Club as the PGA Assistant Professional and two years learning the golf retail industry at Dick's Sporting Goods. Marc is also an avid professional player and is eager and excited to develop the golf programs and continue to build upon the family-like setting that Meadowbrook has created.

Meet Tyler Papa, Assistant PGA Associate Professional at Meadowbrook Country Club in Richmond, VA. Born and raised in Pflugerville, Texas, Tyler played golf competitively at the junior level and in high school. Tyler's father was the Head Superintendent at a local course which allowed him to spend a lot of time time around golf courses. While he considered playing at the Collegiate level, the USMC came calling. After serving two active duty deployments in the USMC, he was ready to start his own life and find his own way... This search led back to the game of golf where he Tyler rediscovered his passion for the game. Tyler is excited to begin his career in becoming a PGA Professional at Meadowbrook Country Club.
